The Opportunity
Floresta Partners had the opportunity to imagine a new concept for SSP to celebrate the craft and pride of local distilleries as well as regional faire.
The Solution
Partnering with the design team of SSP America, Floresta Partners created a concept that embodied the vison SSP wanted and brought to life a rustic, bourbon forward restaurant with nods to the distilled spirits and Kentucky roots. Worn brick, factory frame windows, and Edison bulbs were used to evoke the essence of the regional distilleries as stacked barrels and copper details transport travelers to the rickhouses themselves.
