SCOT DRAUGHN

Scot is a Registered Architect in the State of Ohio and for over 30 years has been creating architectural design and construction documentation for clients in the restaurant and retail industry. This work has been for major clients throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Floresta Partners in 2017, Scot was a Partner/ Project Architect for Creative Architectural Solution, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio.

He has experience in restaurant work in major International Airports, such as La Guardia, Atlanta and Charlotte among many others as well as developing drawings for ground up and inline restaurants such as Wendy’s, Tim Horton’s, Zoe’s Kitchen, Hardee’s and Bob Even’s to name a few.

He has specialty Retail experience of the M&M Store in New York City, The Team Store at MetLife Stadium and Walt Disney World. In addition to specialty retail he also has experience with Lenscrafters, Victoria Secrets, Hanes Brands and Foot Locker. Scot has been involved in restaurant and retail in over 35 states and Canada

Scot is a native of Ohio and has a BS in Architecture at The Ohio State University and an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Marysville Architectural Review Board and served 2 terms on the Planning Commission.

When Scot has the time to relax, he enjoys motorcycle touring with his wife, bicycling and spending time in his favorite spots of Savanna, GA, York Beach, ME and Walt Disney World.
