Master Concessionair tasked Floresta Partners to develop an inviting dining experience for the travelers of Key West International Airport by blending the bold, playful atmosphere of Chili’s with the laid-back, sunny vibes of The Conch Republic.

Working with Chili’s Design Team, Floresta Partners maximized the operational efficiency of the restaurant, utilizing a collaborative and thoughtful kitchen layout that led to strategically placed ideal moments of engagement. Flexible experiences were implemented in the customer journey to accommodate guests with varying dining needs.

With plan in place, the teams continued collaboration enabled the preservation of well-known branded elements that create the visually iconic restaurants while making subtle palette modifications to adapt the language to effortlessly blend into vibrant surroundings of The Florida Keys.
